Confusing time to be a New York sports fan right now. Here’s something that isn’t confusing: Cam Skattebo ran for 3 TDs last night as the Giants THUMPED the reigning Super Bowl Champs

If there was any consolation prize for what happened in the Bronx on Wednesday night, what happened 24 hours later in MetLife stadium wan’t to bad. The Eagles came into East Rutherford with vengeance on their mind of their bad loss at home against the Denver Broncos.

The media made their picks, the writers wrote what they had to write, it seemed like their was no reason for the game to even be played.

The Giants would likely lose by two scores.

Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo did not look like rookies, the Giants O-Line that gets little recognition gave their young duo just enough time to impose their will on the game.

The game started with 2 quick TD drives from the G MEN, and within a blink they led 13-3.

There’s no spot that shouldn’t be recognized for the Giants. The Defense buckled down when they had too, WRs stepped (including the 6’4 Lil’Jordon Humphrey who was just elevated off the practice squad), even Gunner Oszlewski was making moves on Special Teams.

They were firing on all cylinders against a great team.

They are a 5-turnover game and a OT Dallas away from being 4-2.

Won’t get carried away here, but these guys might have some life!
